We may share your data with the following companies in order to provide you with the services we offer, this data will be securely shared and is confidential.

Glampmanager– Glampmanager is our booking system company. When you click through to any booking page from our site you will be re-directed to the Glampmanager website. You will then be able to enter your personal details to place your booking. These bookings will be subject to the Glampmanager privacy policy in addition to our own. Your personal data will be used by ourselves and Glampmanager in relation to your booking and any subsequent marketing communications unless you opt out.

• Google Analytics – We use this to track analytics to gather data about visitors to our website www.barnharrowholidaypods.co.uk . This helps us to improve our website and the services we provide.

• MailChimp – We may send you marketing communications using Mailchimp which we use to manage our mailing list if you made a booking with us or have asked for information from us about us and our services or if you agreed to receive marketing communications through our newsletter. MailChimp is fully GDPR compliant. You may opt out of such communications by emailing us as detailed below.

• Stripe -We use the Stripe payment system as our preferred system. You will be able to see this at the end of the check out and you will be required to select it to enter your card payment details before your data it shared. It is a secure system and the

personal details entered here will only be used in the relation to the processing of your booking only.

• Other Booking sites – We may also work with a selection of companies who will be taking bookings on our behalf, these companies are not linked to our website and if you have booked with them, you will be subject to their own Privacy Policies. Any data passed to us by these companies will be confidentially held in accordance with our own strict privacy policies.

• Other Third Parties - We may also have to share your personal data on occasion with other parties including IT professionals, professional services such as accountants and any legal bodies which require us to do so by law. We will only allow such third parties to process your personal data when we are strictly required to do so. We require all third parties to fully respect the strict confidential security of your personal data in accordance with the law. We will not share any personal details to any third parities for their own marketing purposes unless with your strict consent.
